A palm sized super strong little robot designed with amazing features, functionality and easy to use ‘drag and drop’ and text-based programming to lead the learner through tangible hands-on activities into the exciting and rewarding world of Robotics.

Designed for learners of all ages and well equipped with sensors and actuators, Edison is the perfect tool to stimulate the enquiring mind turning curiosity into reality and engaging the learner in an adventure of discovery.

With many built-in features and easy programming, Edison can be programmed to perform a variety of operations that include obstacle avoidance, line following, light following, infrared communication, responses to sound and play music. Edison can be programmed using one of three programming tools: EdBlocks, EdScratch or EdPy.

Edison’s price, capabilities and programmability makes it an accessible product that captures learner imagination through fun activities and awakens future robotics engineers to the dynamic field of robotics.

Developed to be more than a stand-alone robot, Edison is also LEGO® compatible, as various kits can be paired with Edison; its modular system allowing for expanded construction and new inventions only limited by imagination.

Edison is available as a single item or in sets of 10 to 30 to accommodate classroom engagement.
